Receive everything a player needs to succeed!
Note: In order to participate in the Cross The Seams Training System, all players are required to have a CTS Membership, separate and apart from the lesson packages offered by the instructors. This allows CTS licensed instructors to oversee player participation and development. If a CTS member decides to discontinue their training, the membership fee will be canceled the following month. Players must notify their instructor, who will then notify the CTS Director of this cancellation.
HOW IT WORKS
The process begins with interested players or parents completing a basic online form. Information requested will include the player's name, age, level of experience, preferred contact details, and possibly specific goals or areas of focus they want to improve upon.
Once the form is submitted, the player and/or parent will be contacted by the CTS Licensed Instructor. This might involve matching based on factors such as the player's skill level, preferred training times, and location convenience.
Before committing to any paid lessons, both the player and the instructor have an opportunity to evaluate each other. The player gets to experience the teaching style and expertise of the instructor, while the instructor assesses the player's current abilities and areas for improvement.
Following the evaluation, if both parties are satisfied and wish to proceed, the parent, guardian or player would discuss training options with the instructor. This might include different pricing packages based on the frequency or duration of lessons. Additionally, any necessary agreements or contracts regarding lesson scheduling, cancellations, payment terms and expectations might be reviewed and finalized during this consultation. Note: CTS Membership is required to train with a CTS Licensed Instructor. Membership is obtained separately by using the CTS Membership button on the Instructor's Website.
Once the fees and agreements are settled, the next step is to schedule the actual lessons. This involves coordinating convenient times for both the player and the instructor, taking into account factors such as school or work schedules, other extracurricular activities, and any other commitments. Scheduling may be done on a recurring basis (example: weekly lessons on same day at same time) or more flexibly, depending on the preferences of both parties.
